The exhibition Digital Art, Digital Culture by Houda Bakkali is presented at Alliance Française of Hyderabad, India. This project, examines the intersection of artistic practice, digital technologies and cultural mediation, presenting works that integrate physical media with augmented reality and immersive digital content. The exhibition explores how emerging technologies expand traditional exhibition models and support new forms of interpretation, access and audience engagement.

Through the integration of augmented reality, virtual environments and multimedia resources, the exhibition examines how emerging technologies can enhance communication between artwork and audience. This approach encourages active participation and situates the viewer as a key component of the interpretative process, fostering a dynamic dialogue between physical art, physical space, digital content and public engagement.

By combining artistic practice with educational mediation, Digital Art, Digital Culture demonstrates the capacity of digital and immersive technologies to expand access to contemporary art, facilitate cross-generational learning and support new forms of cultural exchange beyond spatial and temporal limitations.

The exhibition centers on the female figure and gaze, as a tribute to the artist’s mother. Through the use of intense colors, dynamic forms, and an intersection of illustration with voluptuous flowers, it seeks to convey a joyful, hopeful, and optimistic vision of life.
