Houda Bakkali officially presented Divertimento at the Casino di Sanremo as part of her Loving Italy series. The mixed-media artwork, enhanced with augmented reality, and a virtual galley was conceived as a tribute to the Casino and to the city’s cultural identity through colour, elegance, music and celebration.
The presentation was received by Alessandro Il Grande, President of the Sanremo City Council, while Barbara Biale, member of the Board of Directors of the Casino di Sanremo, highlighted the project as a vibrant tribute to Sanremo, its flowers and one of its most iconic cultural institutions.
The event reinforced Houda Bakkali’s ongoing dialogue between digital innovation, immersive art and cultural heritage within an institutional context.
